Strategy. Delivery. Certainty.
Principal practitioners in Space and Space for Defence, personally accountable for outcomes in the sectors they serve. Available to help your organisation perform at the level the mission demands.
JACSpace is a principal advisory firm where the founding team has been personally accountable for outcomes in the sectors they serve. Hands-on, implementation-focused, engineering-rigorous.
We are practitioners who have led organisations, won complex programmes, and been responsible for delivery, not consultants who arrived after the decisions were made. We bring that accountability into every engagement.
Critically, we have a history of working together at executive level. Commercial, Technology, and Corporate Strategy at the same table, through growth, up-scaling, restructuring, and transition. The working relationship exists. The trust is already built.
Strong on frameworks. Weak on operational depth in complex engineering sectors. Junior-heavy delivery. Limited accountability for outcomes.
Practitioners who have led the organisations they now advise. Board-level strategic thinking combined with engineering-grade rigour and hands-on implementation. The people who scope the work are the people who do it.
Deep technical knowledge. Limited boardroom credibility. Rarely able to bridge strategy to implementation at programme scale.
Five service lines built around the problems our founders have spent careers solving. We do not offer services we have not personally delivered.
Aligning leadership around clear, traceable, operationally grounded goals. Particularly valuable at transitions: new leadership, programme reset, strategy refresh.
Hands-on support from bid strategy through execution. We join programmes at the points of highest consequence and remain accountable for outcomes alongside your team.
Modelling, fragility identification, and redesign for performance under pressure. Built for organisations that cannot afford single points of failure.
Collaborative redesign of processes and structures. We are implementation partners, not authors of reports that sit on shelves. We have started companies and grown companies from start-up through scale-up into maturity and successfull mergers and aquisitions
Independent assessment of technology readiness, strategic direction, and business development approaches. The team includes aerospace engineers with hands-on systems engineering experience. We assess technology at the level of the people building it, not only at the level of the strategy surrounding it. Honest scrutiny, not rubber-stamping.
We work where our experience runs deepest: Space and Space for Defence.
Full spectrum. ESA, national agencies, defence-oriented space, and commercial ventures at any stage from start-up to scale.
Intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, secure communications, and space situational awareness. NATO and EU frameworks. A fast-growing, well-funded domain where our founders have direct credibility.
Energy, logistics, agriculture, and infrastructure organisations accessing space capabilities; Earth observation, satellite comms, positioning; for the first time.
Organisations expanding across the EU, UK, and Canada ecosystems. Framed within strategic advisory, with genuine on-the-ground presence in all three regions.
The JACSpace founding team brings together three executive careers across space, defence, and technology, each built through direct accountability for outcomes, not observation from the sidelines.
Between them, the team covers the full range of what ambitious organisations in these sectors need: commercial strategy and market development; programme delivery and business capture across complex, multi-stakeholder environments; engineering rigour grounded in hands-on systems work at ESA and in the field; corporate development, scale-up, and successful exits; and operational transformation under investor and institutional pressure.
What makes JACSpace more than the sum of its parts is that this team has already worked together. Commercial, Technology, and Corporate Strategy at the same executive table, through periods of growth, restructuring, and transition. The working relationship, the trust, and the understanding of how each discipline reinforces the others are already in place before an engagement begins. Clients do not get three advisors working in parallel. They get one integrated team that has already learned how to move together.
Collectively, the team has guided organisations from incorporation through scale-up to successful merger and acquisition, including scaling an international space and defence technology group from 100 to over 900 staff and EUR 115M in revenue. The team holds decades of experience in the space and defence sectors, a Cranfield University affiliation, engineering credentials from TU Delft, and a track record of founding and exiting ventures within the ESA ecosystem, and delivering programmes across NATO, ESA, and national defence frameworks on three continents.
Space: ESA, national space agencies, and commercial Space ventures, from start-up to programme scale. Defence: national and international Defence organisations, procurement bodies, and prime contractors across Europe and beyond. Space for Defence: a fast-moving niche that combines both networks, well-funded, strategically critical, and where our founders have direct credibility.
Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Canada. Genuine on-the-ground presence in three distinct procurement, regulatory, and funding ecosystems, not virtual coverage.
Engineering rigour and systems thinking. Programme delivery and business capture. Commercial strategy and venture scale-up. Each founder brings one. Together, they cover the full journey from technical concept to operating business.
When an engagement requires specialist technical depth, JACSpace draws on a curated network of scientists, systems engineers, and domain practitioners active in aerospace, defence, and space for defence. We bring them in by name, not by headcount.
If you are facing a mission-critical challenge in Space or Space for Defence, we are worth a conversation.
JACSpace International operates across the EU, UK, and Canada. We typically engage on a retained or project basis, and we are selective about what we take on, we only work on programmes where we can be genuinely useful.
